Question

Difference in SEPA collection dates

Hi!

I've given a SEPA collection for my monthly payement.

Adobe espects the payement the 16th of the month but the collection takes place at the 21st of each month, a date I didn't choose but Adobe did! Now I get reminders that I have not payed and my subscription will be cancelled.

Not happy about this, hope for an adjustment.

I have the same problem Roland, SEPA is not working well with Adobe I guess and chatting doesn't help... Please Adobe find a sollution for debitcard payment in Europe. Thank you!

Okay, long story short:
Since august 2024 I have a CC subscribtion, I pay every month via SEPA, from Europe. SEPA is a debit-card-system. And that means, it's automatically payed every month BUT... it can take 2 days before the ammount is on the other (Adobe) bank  So every month, Adobe thinks I did not pay so I can NOT use any apps I payed for. Sollution: dont't block account after not paying on the SAME day, just wait a few days and it's okay. It's not 'instant' like creditcard or paypal. Or let people pay earlier than the check date of Adobe. Some people in Europe dont's have or dont's want to pay with creditcard. Thank you.

that's probably a SEPA issue, but you can contact adobe support on monday.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

So I don't have to do anything in this case.
