Hello. Help solve my problem. I go to the site, to my account, everything is active there. I go to the application, but it does not recognize my subscription.Internet is connected, access is allowed in the firewall. And I also made a screen of the system from the application, maybe someone will understand there.

I got help from the support service. The specialist remotely configured it, now everything works. It seems that the html files were corrupted.
