Early Cancellation Fee
I tried to cancel my plan as I am not using as I expected so I won't need it anymore.
When I tried to cancel my plan, it tells me to pay an early cancelation fee as I have a annual plan with cheaper rates.
The thing is, when I subscribed to this plan, I was NOT given another option with a not-annual plan. And it was not clear enough this was a yearly plan with cancellation fee.
I am trying to contact the customer service, but it looks impossible on this website to get a contact number, chat or email address.
Can anyone help? Has anyone had similar a issue?
