Está siendo imposible cancelar el plan mensual de Adobe Ilustrator

Me suscribí para un proyecto personal puntual. El producto a veces responde y a veces no a las indicaciones que he encontrado, es frustrante trabajar con un programa en el que no siempre funcionan los comandos de la misma manera. Más allá de esto consegui terminar mi proyecto, y una vez cancelé mi plan mensual se renovó de forma automática. Adobe no da información sobre esta renovacion automatica cuando te suscribes a su plan. Ahora está siendo imposible no solo cancelar el plan (cada vez que lo cancelo me sigue apareciendo que el proximo cobro se realizará el 2 de Octubre), si no que también me niegan la opcion de eliminar mis datos bancarios porque se supone que debo tener acceso a un servicio concreto que ¡oh, casualidad! No tengo y tampoco se me ofrece ninguna opcion de contacto para resolver ninguno de estos problemas hablando con un ser humano que ofrezca soluciones reales y sin perder horas y horas de tiempo. Sin lugar a dudas no recomiendo el producto. El servicio al cliente es inexistente. ¿Alguien tiene alguna de idea de donde puedo interponer una denuncia por estafa?

Since this is a monthly plan, you can cancel it anytime before the month ends and the plan will continue till the end of the term without any extra charges. 
I would advice you to login into your account here: https://adobe.ly/42fEUno

and make sure the subscription is cancelled before October 02, 2025 to avoid renewal.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
