Bonjour,
Je souhaite annuler mon abonnement à Acrobat pro. Cependant, on m'indique que des frais d'annulation anticipée d'un motant de 1116,5 DH vont etre facturés.
Etant etudiant, je ne peux pas assumer ces frais supplémentaires. Je vous demande donc, à titre exceptionnel, de bien vouloir proceder à l'annulation sans frais de pénalité, ou bien trouver une autre solution.
Je vous remercie par avance de votre compréhension et de l'aide que vous pourrez m'apporter.

you have to cancel yourself. no one can do that for you.
