I installed Adobe Premier Pro (month subscription) free trial of seven days on march 19th and canceled the subscription on march 25th, the seventh day. Despite this I later found a payment of €36.59 for Adobe. Why?

No, just the 7 days free trial and afterwards the first month payment but i found out in the first day of trial that i can t use the app for my phone. I now cancelled the subscription but i can use it to at least go to support

if you cancel during the free trial, you shouldn't be billed and if you are billed, you're entitled to a refund.
and, if you cancel within one week of your trial ending, you're entitled to a refund.
because it's not clear when you cancelled, or even if you cancelled, it's not clear whether you're entitled to a refund.
