Hey everyone I've had adobe for the past 2 years while I've been a student but this year I graduated and I was told I would get a grace year where I would keep my student discount but my prices have jumped to the full price I was just wondering if anyone could help me here thanks 🙂

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Adobe provides an education discount on Creative Cloud All apps plan. This discount is offered exclusively to enrolled students and university staff. After a student graduates from school, the student receives a grace year on the education price.

Graduated students receive an email notification about the upcoming price increase thirty days before the contract renewal date.

The notification includes information about:

If the education status is not verified after the grace year, the subscription is upgraded to a higher non-education price on the contract renewal date.

I don't know if I am being dumb or something but I don't have an email like that I have an email about the renewal of my subscription but nothing talking about my student discount thank you 🙂

ok.  contact adobe support.  try chat first, but if you have no subscription or your subscription was managed by your school you may need to use twitter/x.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
