How can I get a refund?

Dear Adobe customer care,

According to I already canceled the the plan and the subscription from Adobe photoshop at 1.07 am.

I have a query, Why I was charged 3,740 thai baht from Adobe at see attached file) ? How can I get a refund from this charge?

Please give any advice for cancellation with no charge. Can you explain what this invoice is charged for?

Most likely, it's your 50% early termination fee for not completing the 12 months of service that you agreed to take when you joined.
