I didn't even apply for a free trial of Adobe or anything and it is taking money out of my account. I don't even use the app and I want a refund and I can't terminate it without being charged a $159 termination fee.

If you didn't do it, someone else did. Contact your bank and credit-card company to report a fraudulent use of your card, and ask for a refund and for the card to be blocked.

@curtis_7973 on top what @try67 also mentioned, I would also look at your bank account to see if there anything else fishy!

We appreciate you reaching out, @curtis_7973. I checked and found that you have an active annual subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro since 1 month and 19 days.
If the cancellation is made within 14 days, one could have claimed full refund. However, after 14 days there could be some early termination fee is imposed for early subscription cancelation.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
