HOW DO I CANCEL WITHOUT UPDATING MY PAYMENT METHOD?

Title. I don't want to pay for the month that i shouldn't have been charged for if the website worked as it says it does.

    You have to have an active payment method when you cancel, in order to settle any cancellation fee. If you are in the final month of an annual program, there is no cancellation fee in fact, but I suspect you still need a working payment method.

      Cancellation fees are a damn crime. It's theft.. I want to cancel, and there's no way in hell I'm giving them another cent. I haven't even used the software in months, so I've been paying them for nothing.. But I'm sure I won't see that money back. But I'm sure as hell not paying any cancellation fee. Damned greedy corporation.. I miss when you could actually purchase this software..

        other than cs2 and cs3 (and sone cs4), you can use your older adobe software.
