How to opt out of sharing my usage information with Adobe Acrobat?

I have looked for all available options but seems like there is not option provided.The message shown on app installation is misleading.Please suggest how to opt out of sharing usage information.Below is screenshot of Privacy and Personal data section which supposed to provide option ot opt out-

The screenshot is odd. In my account there's an extra tab ("Sign-in and security") on the left, and also additional preferences under the "Privacy and personal data" tab, with options to opt out of sharing data with Adobe:

Do you have an actual Adobe account, or did you log in via a third-party site, like Google, Facebook, etc.?
