I'm trying to upgrade my membership from the photography plan paid monthly for one year to all the apps but cant every time i click the manage account get a different screen from the 1 shown in the tutorial,
can u help?

Hi~ I purchased the single App Adobe® Photoshop® CC (one-year) last July,this month will expire. I want to upgrade the plan to Complete plan . but i can't find "cancel plan" button on my plan details page.

Can you help me to upgrade or cancel plan? Or tell me how can I do.

Hi.

I have a teacher and students photography plan (paid for a year), but I would like to upgrade to the Complete CC to get all the other apps. I just can't seem to figure out how. Is it possible to just upgrade directly or do I have to cancel my photography subscription to then buy the Complete CC ?

You can cancel the present CC & buy the complete CC, the cancellation fee is waived off for such cancellation(you need to contact Adobe Support for that) http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6
