My account didn't be refund
I'm a student and I used adobe produces within refundable period ,I canceled them and still didn't get any information about my refund from adobe .I tried to contact by email but cant , I cannot call directly beacause it's not a domestic calling . Please respond me for any advices about this problem

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Refunds take time to process and reflect in the bank statement, give it a week or so before you enquire. If it is more than a week then contact Adobe support as mentioned by @kglad.
