Impossible to pay using my credit card

Hello from France

I would like to subscribe to Lightroom, Lightroom Classic & Photoshop.

As you can see on the screenshot below, when entering my credit card (VISA) there is nowhere I can enter the 3 digit cryptogram which is, is my case, necessary for my bank.

I tried multiple times without entering any 3 digit cryptogram and it doesn't work.

I don't have any Paypal account and I really would like to pay using my credit card.

Can anybody help me ?

Paul, please enter your credit card number into your screenshot's Numero de carte section. Once you enter the credit card number into the number field, you can enter the rest of the necessary information.

It doesn't work.. also on the (french) video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1D1PDthhf8Y&t=47s) there is still no room for the 3 digit cryptogram.

I'm sorry, Paul. I'm sure this is frustrating. Have you tried using a different card? I confirmed that most major credit cards are accepted on https://adobe.ly/3AA6sZT in France in addition to PayPal.

 

The PayPal graphic is a button that allows you to log in to PayPal. The icons with Visa, Mastercard, and other symbols at the top indicate the type of payment that we accept. ^JW

I have no other card.. Thanks for trying.

Is it a normal thing in your contry to pay with a credit card online without using the 3 digit cryptogram?

No, the additional fields should become available after you enter the credit card number, Paul.

 

I am sorry but try again using a different device. You may also want to contact your financial institution that issued the card if you have confirmed that the payment method you are using matches one of the accepted cards on your screen. ^JW
