I got this email from Adobe Customer Research 'mail@mail.adobe', the button links to 'asurveys.decipherinc' website, does anyone know if this is a real email or spam?

It's probably legit. The email address in your screenshot is Adobe-owned and asurveys.decipherinc.com was seen in a tweet from an Adobe employee.

However, do be aware of that email addresses can also be spoofed.
