Is This Site Selling Supposedly Lifetime Licenses for Adobe Products Legit?

Question

I saw just now on Facebook an offer from an online site selling licenses for Adobe products. It says that for only 29.90 euros, one can own a lifetime license for Adobe Acrobat 2023. The link leads to a site that also offers Adobe Animator, InDesign, Premier, and more.
Can anyone from Adobe confirm if this is true or not.
Having been a victim of similar offers that turned out to be fraudulent, I have doubts that the site is legit. Some apparent victims commented to complain of unresponsive or non-functioning customer service.
