License expired/plan disappeared, still being billed & haven't cancelled my subscription

Hello,

I've had the student discounted adobe subscription for over a year now (billed monthly). A couple days ago my apps kicked me out and told me that my license has expired. I haven't cancelled my subscription and it was set to automatically bill me every month. So, I went to check my plan on my Adobe account but the plan seems to have disappeared, with no history of billing or having any access to the apps. The last time I was billed was the middle of July, but August has only just started. I am confused as to why my subscription and payment plan have disappeared despite still being billed? Will I continue to be billed monthly without any access to the subscription?

This space is provided by Adobe, but this is not Adobe support
Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-you MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query here.

It looks like you have registered your Adobe subscription using one email address and possibly you are trying to sign in with another email address.

Please list out the email address that you might have registered for the subscription and please  refer to the following help article : https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

You may as well contact Adobe Cancellation Team by clicking on : https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI

Hope this helps.

Thank you.
