Refunds take 5 to 7 business days.

• How long ago did you cancel?
• Did you cancel within the 7-day trial or later?

actually refunds take up to 14 days.

I confirm that a refund has been initiated from Adobe today. As @kglad mentioned, it usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process depending on the bank holidays, etc in your country.

I would advise you to wait for that time.
