Hello all, so I've moved to a different country so I'd like to change a card I'm paying from but when I go to "add card" I can't change the country even though I've changed the region on the bottom of my adobe account.
I have a few websites that I have with Adobe and I don't want to lose them by creating a new account.
I've been trying to find an email of Adobe so I can't ask them for a help but nothing...
Thank you for your help.

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:
change your country on adobe.com, https://www.adobe.com/international/selector/
change country associated with adobe id - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html
change credit card and/or billing address, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html
change currency - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999694 change store - http://www.adobe.com/store_selector/storeselector.html
change adobe.com website language - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999693

None of these are helpful. The agents couldn't even help me with changing countries. I got frustrated with them and gave up. It sucks that I have to create a new account with a different email for every country I go too. Really bad platform. I need PS and LR for work though.
So issue still not resolved and agents arn't helping. The only solution is frustratingly to create a new account with a new email....... not fun.

if you were able to delete the payment method shown on your account (https://account.adobe.com), will that allow to do what you want?

They keep saying is deleted but it still shows at checkout. I think if there's no card on file then it will allow me to start from scratch.

i'm not sure paypal is available in your country, but if it is, you can change that payment method to paypal, then when you get to the stage that opens a browser tab for you to log into paypal, you can just close that and save the info. your payment method will be removed and nothing will replace it because no paypal authorization will be received by adobe.
unfortunately, the paypal option is limited to so few countries this is a unlikely to help you. but give it a try. or if there's another 3rd party pay option similar to paypal available to you, try the same method.
other users have reported success using this to remove all payment methods from their account.

Problem with that, is that my Paypal is U.S. based and cannot add Thai cards. To make a new Paypal account in Thailand I would need a national ID which is not easy to get. So I'm still back at square one.

New country = new account, new payment method.

That seems to be the only option. Sucks because I move around a lot; it is really annoying to make a new account everytime.
