Pay for Adobe apps and can't log out
My letter to Adobe after hitting reply in their last email to me...
"Can't log out.
I rebooted still won’t log out.
I used the wrong email to login after it logged me out after a few months of use
Now I can’t log out
Blue circle is greyed
“Help” does not give me the sign out option
i am permanently logged in with this wrong email now and can’t log out
Every time i open a program it only gives me “Quit” “Buy now” or
“Free Trial” buttons to pay money for something I already pay for, no logout option!!
I have paid my money already & want to logout under that email & login under the email I purchased with
which is this one i am emailing you from
I just want to do the simple act of logging out,
I am not going to delete all my other passwords in my cache for this
You need a better service, i feel you’re a very dishonest company
Please will you give the very simple instructions of how to log out of your overpriced app in 2022 please, thank you
It’s 2022, you get paid enough money, free apps all have easy logout options, paid apps al have easy logout options
