Payment method not accepted

I am trying to renew my payment method for my monthly subscription but they say there is an issue with my account. However I tried to get a new subscription, they accepted and there was no issue with my account there. I canceled the new subscription but now all I want is to get rid of this one too because I go insane. Please help.
