Hello, I bought Adobe photoshop on October 9, 2020, just for one month. After October, I didn't even use this application, and I didn't even open it. . Also, I couldn't get any notification about keep purchasing. But this application keeps purchasing until December 9th. And then, when I tried to stop it by looking through Plan, there was nothing that I can see. Could you help me to cancel and Could I get a refund? I attached a photo of that.
