Hello I am trying to upload a new image into my Adobe account profile. Despite the image is more than  276x276px I get an error message:

The minimum size for an uploaded profile image is 276x276px. Please upload a larger image.

I have PC Windows 10 PC

Anyone can help?

Try with a 500 x 500 jpg that is optimized for the web in Photoshop or Lightroom first.  In other words, no images straight from your smartphone camera.

Hello

Thank you for your reply. I have tried several file formats PNG, JPEG and GIF with the same result.

The dimension of the file is 1535 x 591 pixels

Waiting for your support
