Problem with change from regular plan to student plan
Hi
I have a problem with my change from af regular creative cloud plan to the student plan. I have send in the verification and have been approved, but the price have not change on the next billing date.
When I log in to my account the following message pop up in the top of the screen. The message: "You are eligible for a {planName} discounted subscription, please contact support."
Can anyone help with a link or something to the support because I can not seem to find it and have been looking for it for about an hour.
