I have a client that bought Photography Plan 20Gb annual subscription. He had tried Photoshop for few days before. After activating his redemption code for the photoplan, he still gets "payment needs resolved" in Photoshop when he opens it.
I am an Adobe Gold Certified Reseller, certified to sell ED licenses in my country.
Please assist soonest possible.

Sometimes people enter redemption codes on a computer where someone else's Adobe ID is signed in. This is a nice gift for that other person....!

the person with the problem needs to:
check their account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify their adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com
if all looks ok, they should sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify their subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
if the account does not look ok, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, they should contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
