Question

Purchased subscription but cannot download

I purchased a subscription online, but it will not upload Illustrator. It looks like the country I selected, Canada—English, is challenging it, as when I select it, nothing happens. Then it tells me my country is incorrect. I select Canada—English, and nothing happens, so I select Canada—French, and I have the same problem.

I am unable to download Illustrator.  How to fix the broken system with Adobe? Any and all recommendations are appreciated.

Thanks for subscribing to Illustrator, Jeffrey. I can confirm your new subscription is active.

Are you using the subscription on a computer and network managed by an organization? If not, then please try using Chrome or Firefox to complete the instructions listed in https://adobe.ly/3QReqCr to download Illustrator to your new computer. ^JW

The issue is that Adobe is not set up for Canada—English or Canada—French. When I select either, nothing happens, and it shows me the country is incorrect. So I select Canada—English or Canada—French again, and then it does not register.   I believe that since the country is not entered correctly, it will not let me download it through Chrome.

I own a tech business and this is a tech issue with the Adobe system.

I'm sorry, Jeffrey, but where are you blocked by your language selection, and which web browser are you using? Please see https://adobe.ly/3DXceX8 for a list of web browsers that are supported as part of the download and install process for Illustrator.
