Quiero cambiar de plan y me da error

Tengo el plan de lightroom y me gustaría añadir photoshop. Al ver los planes a los que puedo cambiarme veo que hay un plan que puede encajarme: Plan fotográfico de Creative Cloud con 1 TB pero al seleccionarlo para hacer el cambio me da un error: 

Sin ofertas adecuadas

Lo sentimos, no hemos encontrado ninguna oferta adecuada.

 

Alguien sabe por qué no me deja?

The Photography plan is not available under Teams or Enterprise, I will move this from Enterprise & Teams to Account, Payment, & Plan

if you have an enterprise or teams plan, open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
