Quit photoshop subscription

Hey. I tried out the 7 days free photoshop. But now i cant quit it. Since two days it says that "die Verwaltung dieses Abos wird in Kürze möglich sein " meaning "managing this subscription will be available soon". Has somebody had a similar experience ? Any Creative cloud paid plan can only be cancelled once the payment is made. You can use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/3UbnGmN to update the method of payment on your account. Once the account is current and in good standing, you can access the services you purchased or manage the subscription. I can not cancel it through the normal way because of the issue i mentioned. It always says that i have to wait but the payment already went through. The money already is gone from my credit card. So I should be able to manage my subscription by now. But i still get the message that i need to wait until i can manage it.Screenshot_20250722_130213_Chrome.jpg

The payment method is not the problem. The payment has been made and the account is in good condition. Isn't there a person i can talk to on the phone? Isn't there some kind of service Hotline?

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
