It's been 3 days since I started the free trial for Creative Cloud, it says you have received my payment so there shouldn't be any problems with that. When can I manage my plan? I don't want to pay after the 7 day trial.
A user is unable to manage their Adobe subscription plan due to an error message stating “You’ll be able to manage this plan shortly”. Additionally, they encounter an “Unable to load data” error when trying to access their Adobe account.
If this has happened to you, don’t worry! Here’s what you can do next:

The free trial does not generate a charge. There is a one dollar charge that is immediately refunded. This is a common operation to check the card's validity.
Normally, the possibility to manage the subscription is quite immediately. If you can not self cancel, however, you should contact Adobe customer support to ask them to cancel the plan for you.
If you are past the 7 days, you will still have 14 days to cancel and get refunded, so do not panic.
When the cancel is successful, you will get an e-mail confirming the cancel. So watch your spam folder. The e-mail is also sent out immediately after the cancel. To check the status of your plan, go to https://account.adobe.com/plans. You will see active plans there.

How do I contact Adobe customer support? I can't find any email where I can get help? It still says "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly" and it's been 5 days.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

I just experienced this on day 7 of my trial. Please try using the virtual assistant chat in adobe, I was sent a direct cancellation link which worked. I think they took a payment off my account, but if you cancel within 14 days you are subject to a refund.
