I have had a transaction for £21 and I have no idea as I'm not even subscribed.  The chat feature is a joke as no one seems to be available!!  So I guess Im left having to contact my credit card company

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Hi Sheena, I have the exact same problem, I have two charges for codes 044-207-3650 and have no idea where they came from! And I can not find any phone number or way of contacting Adobe for support. Please contact me as as possible. thank you
