Real Help from Real People

Hello,

does anybody knows how to get in contact with Adobe Support in order to get the supposed real help from real people mentioned in one of their pages?

- From the hompage, help/support the contact us button does not work it's fantastically linked to adobe.com/#
- If I click "support history" it's a nightmare, page is broken and nothing works even after code authentication
- If I click on help center and go on the billing area and of course I do not find the answer, when I click on "contact us" I'm redirected to the general document page, the same one you get when you click on "start now" below the magic text "Real Help from Real People - Start Now"

I've got an email saying the monthly pay didn't pass, but the email is:

- a no reply address
- there's not email address to contact support
- there's not phone number even if they inform me about the CET time in which the support is available

If I log in into my account I see the prompt telling me I have to update my method of payment, but, there's no phone number, there's not email address and of top of that, I do not have to update anything as by my side the method of payment is correct, the bank too, I mean there's not problem at all.

PS: Oh by the way great UX in Adobe, yeah.

Correct answer Abambo

My browsers allows pop ups
It was a cookies problem but still I'm not going to enable all cookies in order to have access to a chat, unless there's a specific cookie just for the chat.
Apparently Adobe has support via chat, indeed the chat bot even ask you if you want to talk with agent to just type in "agent"

Not enabling cookies disables functionalities on many sites. But yes, it's your choice, but as you use Facebook, you could also allow cookies.

If you want to contact Adobe customer service, you still have phone and Twitter. So make your choice.

I am human. 😁

The online system works fine for me in latest desktop Firefox or Chrome.

Try using another web device that accepts cookies and does NOT have script blockers or VPN enabled.

Failing that, contact Adobe Support by phone Monday  - Friday during normal business hours.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter.  to use chat you must use a compliant browser.  (your mobile browser will almost certainly work.)

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

the chat button does not work if you do not accept the cookies, so an Adobe agent said on Facebook. I contacted them there

correct.  again:

use a browser that allows popups and cookies

and adobe support doesn't use facebook so beware of scammers.

Use this link from a browser that supports pop ups

https://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html

At the bottom right click on the chat button and type AGENT

@davescm I tried with Chrome and Firefox but I do not see the chat button and if I click on "Get help with all Adobe products" it just bring me back to the hell cycle of bouncing between a document page and another without having access to a contact form because even when the document does not provide answers and you have the "contact us" at the bottom, once I click on it I am reminded back the page with all the document, so it's really frustrating.

Do you have pop ups blocked, in the browser or by an antivirus software add in?

I'm using Firefox here and I see the chat button
