So my subscription ended on the 8th and on the 10th I decided to renew. I have received my invoice and I can see that the subscription is active on my apple account but my phone app and my laptop app still asks me to renew my subscription. Is there a way for me to refresh the account status?

IF your account shows an active subscription and the above fails to help:

Thank you for your responses.
I have tried all of the suggestions but to no avail.
To give slightly more context, I am using the lightroom desktop app. I have the subscription on my IOS account.
I have read that multiple people only resolved this after a rep from Adobe checked in and helped.

Lambertus, sorry you are still unable to access the services you are paying for. I do see your subscription is active. If you are seeing discussions about the inability to use the mobile app, then you may want to inquire in those Communities. ^JW
