I keep having issues trying to sign into Lightroom. My subscription doesn't expire until January 2025 but when I sign in I get a pop up that I don't have a past purchase and I am prompted to start a trial to purchase. I only have one account and sign in through Apple.
not sure how to get my purchase to restore. Please help!

Has the author created this post in the wrong community. Perhaps it belongs in Lightroom Ecosystem, or perhaps Account, Payment; & Plan (where it would probably get lost)

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html
if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english
if that fails, change the install location
