Restore purchase issue

I keep having issues trying to sign into Lightroom. My subscription doesn't expire until January 2025 but when I sign in I get a pop up that I don't have a past purchase and I am prompted to start a trial to purchase. I only have one account and sign in through Apple. 
not sure how to get my purchase to restore. Please help!

  • Where do those screenshots come from?
  • Lightroom MAS? Ok, figured that out, you paid for Lightroom thru the MAC APP Store?
  • So, this about Lightroom Ecosystem Lr, not Lightroom Classic LrC?
  • If you bring up your Creative Cloud app, what is shown?
  • If you bring up Adobe.com, sign in, and look at your Plan, what is shown? Do you even have a Plan at Adobe, or just at Apple?

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
