Restore purchases

Hi. Can some agent help me here? I would like to request a refund for my recent purchase because it was accidentally charged to my bank account. I did not intend to upgrade my account to Premium, as I was only using the 7-day free trial. I was unaware that a payment would be processed, and I did not authorize this upgrade. I kindly ask for your understanding, as this was an unintentional purchase. I would really appreciate if you could restore my account back to the free version and issue a refund for the payment that was deducted.

I also noticed that there is no ‘Restore Purchase’ option available in my account, which made it difficult for me to resolve this on my own.

Hello @haimamdn 

When you subscribe to any app or service on an iPhone, the transaction goes through iTunes and it is Apple who owns that transaction.  I believe if you contact Adobe Support, they would advice you to contact Apple / iTunes Support for help with this.

Thank you so much for your response. I just checked my App Store account at the moment and noticed that the subscription has already been automatically canceled on its own. May I kindly ask, how can I be certain that the refund will still be processed on my end, given that the plan is already canceled through the App Store? I truly appreciate your assistance and just want to make sure everything is properly settled. Thank you again for your kind support.
