Hi Adobe Supoort,
I hope that someone will see this or help to connect right persons.. cuz for now, adobe virtual assistant could help me or connect me to real agents.
So.. yesterday I noticed unrecognized transaction in my bank account- 239.88 USD. Someone got my card data and purchased something in Adobe. (I'm in Europe, so there will be EET(UTC+2).
Payment details:
557367******5637 16.12.24 22:10 239.88 USD (880395) ADOBE *ADOBE SAN JOSE CA US
I want to cancel what they purchased, so they can't use something they purchased with my money..
And refund would be greatly appreciated.

you won't be able to cancel if that's not your subscription, https://account.adobe.com
ie, contact your credit card company to report fraud if you don't see the subscription in your account.

I contacted credit card company as soon as I noticed the payment. On their side their raised some 'ticket' to look at my case, but I was in kinda similar situation few years ago and I know that this process tools too much time.. unfortunately, if I understand correctly, they can return money only while The payment is in 'reserved' status (it can be up to few days in case of international transactions).
Also the was the ones who assumed to contact Adobe support.. but community was the only place where I was able to describe my situation an get some answer...

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
