hello creatives
I purchased a yearly subscription to a team (FOX PRO) early in august, but in the last month I can't access the apps without requesting access and the admin isn't responding! I still have access to adobe stock tho
My work has stopped for this reason, which has caused me great harm as a freelancer!

You need to contact your Admin for the Team. Unfortunately there is nothing Adobe or the Community Forum can help with this. Contacting Adobe Support will direct you to the Admin for the account.

Also not sure if this was lost in translation - but when you say you "purchased a yearly subscription" to a team - does that mean someone other than Adobe sold you access to Creative Cloud?
Only Adobe can sell subscriptions. If you purchased through a third party - someone may have scammed you. You cannot "purchase subscriptions" to a Teams account.

Yes, it was from a third party that says they are certified. I knew it was risky but I had no choice, I don't want to work with illegal versions and I can't pay for the official versions.
1$ = 200 Algerian dinars, as a junior freelancer who doesn't have a stable income I can't pay 20$/month.

You are using an illegal version.
Try to get a refund or contact your credit card company to protest the payment.
Also uninstall the unauthorized software and do a malware scan..

It is from adobe creative cloud, how it can be illegal or contain malware?

Unfortunately, it appears that you purchased pirated software that no longer works. It may also have installed malware on your computer which you will need to remove. Pirates don't do this out of benevolence.
There are seven authorized retailers in Algeria: https://adobedealreg.secure.force.com/PartnerSearch?lang=en
Filter to "Algeria"
In addition to what has been said, you can report the piracy to Adobe here: piracy@adobe.com as per this this web page: https://www.adobe.com/trust/fraud-prevention.html.

I am so sorry, Abdou! I thought I had posted that to a different thread, titled "Is it possible to still use Photoshop 2017".
Please ignore it and I'll remove the content so it does not confuse others.

Also, be sure you check your bank statements and everything. These people have access to your bank details now, it's really dangerous.
I am also a freelancer, and I would never pay for my client's subscriptions. That includes stock images, fonts they need to licence etc. I am happy to make it convenient for them by researching what to buy and even purchase individual items on their behalf (I wouldn't do that for an Adobe subscription though as it's linked to a personal entity) but they need to pay first, with a possibility that I add a mark-up on the price (I know it's controversial, but hey!)
I feel for you, but you cannot act as a doormat BECAUSE you are a freelancer, clients need to respect you, you are your own business, not an employee. Junior or not. They're taking advantage.
Sorry it happened to you... I know that's some unwanted advice from me, but it's a subject close to my heart. I know that when we start out, we feel it's simpler and more effective to try to please the clients above all. This is not how it works. You deliver a service, you get paid for it. They need you as much as you need them. In all account you don't need clients like that.

Adding to what Kevin said, how did you get a teams license when you are a free lancer and not part of a team? It sounds like a scammer.

One other thought: Adobe Stock is a separate subscription. Check to see if you are being billed monthly.

In that case, it was sold to you illegally, as was previously posted.
