I have a problem where CC keeps logging me out, putting me through about 20 minutes of account nonsense and forces me to change my password. This is happening almost every day.
I'm paying for CC Pro and it clearly states I can have the software installed on two computers, using one at a time. I am NOT using both computers at the same time. They are seporated by 20+ miles of road.
Tech support just told me that, if I pay MORE money every month, the problem MIGHT go away. Not that it will, it MIGHT!
This is what customer service looks like in the year 2025. Pathetic.

This post was made on a different computer 20+ miles from where I'm currently sitting via Remote Desktop. Can you tell if I'm somehow blocked in some way like you suspected?

Good news, Greathouse, your recent update is visible in case ADB-41814228-K3M2. I would recommend that you focus any future updates on that support case. Please provide the information that you offered in this public discussion. Please bookmark and use the steps at https://adobe.ly/3Wem3Fy to make updates.
If you do have a local friend, who helps you with computer problems, then you may want to involve them, too, Greathouse. You can show them this public discussion and your support case history. ^JW

And ANOTHER of your AI Slop-Bots is claiming I need to upgrade my Adobe CC service to use Adobe CC on a single computer.

I can't. My cases get shown as 'resolved' withing an hour or two of them being posted.

I'll ask again, since your AI chat support refusus to give me an answer.
Why am I being asked to change my password every sing day?
Why are my casese being 'resolved' as soon as they are posted when my problems are still persisting?

I was able to get a bit of clarity. On twitter Adobe support did confirm that I don't need to upgrade my plan to fix my issue. So now that's two sources that proove the AI Chat Slop-Bots were lying and trying to get me to spend money where I didn't need to.
Seconds, apparently I need to log out of Adobe CC on each computer every time I'm done using it. Major pain considering I need to do a 2FA every time AND I didn't have to do this for years beforehand, but it's better than not have access to the software I pay for.
