Hello, a while ago I submitted a testing invitation for Sampler 5.0 in a report, and the result was that I was selected. My email also received the testing invitation link, and I have successfully downloaded and installed Sampler 5.0. However, when I open the software, Adobe's substance subscription plan always pops up. If I don't pay, I will still be unable to use the beta version. If I close the subscription window, the software will also close. I logged in to the same account on Creative Cloud. How can I solve this problem now?

@kglad Not the correct forum actually. The problem isn't Sampler but there's an issue with the license keeping the user from using the application. Maybe https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan/ct-p/ct-account-payment-and-plan?page=1&sort=lat... would be a better place for this issue.
@小饰 Can you add infos on your license and how you got it. It will help us to have all the info you can give.

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english

Do you have a valid license to our Substance apps ? Even if it's the beta version for Substance Sampler 5.0, you need a license to try it.
