Acrobat closes immediately after trying to open a prepared form

I created a very simple form with a couple text boxes, 2 dates, and 1 digital signature.

 

When I try to open it in Acrobat Standard (where it was created), it does briefly but then closes immediately. I cannot get it to stay open.

 

If I open it on Reader, it opens and works just fine.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC are you using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.3.20310 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win and try using the application there and check.
