Can't print snapshot

Tring to print a snapshot with the new drag method now that the "Take a snapshot" tool has been removed from the dropdown list.  I can drag from right to left, right-click to take a snapshot, but the print dialog box for my Brother large format printer doesn't show me a print range--selected graphic option as per instructions on the Adobe help page.  Any clues?  I have used this function for many years and it just disappeared yesterday.
