Error adding users to Adobe Acrobat Pro product

Hello, I have added a user and tried to grant the product Adobe Acrobat Pro to that user, and I get an error  "Something went wrong while saving. Error ID: "

I have tried different browsers and diff machines.

 

I am logged in as administrator to adminconsole.adobe.com and i have 3 licenses available out of 5.

If you attribute the licence to someone else, does that work?
