How To Move PDF Fields and Layers with Multiline Form Field Text?

Hello all. I converted a Word document to PDF and added form fields, which I selected the multiline option for. I want these fields to expand and move all fields and layers below them down evenly as additional lines become greater than the original height of the field so they are visible without using the scrolling icon in the bottom right of the field. Is this possible, and how do I do this if so? Insight is appreciated. Thank you.
