How to see which colors are in a PDF document

Hi everyone!

I am a newbie here. I just installed Adobe Pro DC (the lastest version). I was looking for a way to see which colors are present in a PDF file.

Is there another app similar to pitStop? At least one cheaper.

Thanks

Try the Output Preview tool.

The Output Preview tool will show you a list of spot colors in your file, and show you the value of colors when the mouse hovers over them. Acrobat does not have a list of swatches, like InDesign or Illustrator, (AFAIK), although that could be helpful.
