No Verification Email Being Received

So its pretty much what the subject states, I'm prompted for a verification code that should be sent to my email but nothing ever shows up. All adobe emails are whitelisted and allowed on our sender list. Any help would be appreciated!

This doesn't help, when I'm sent a verification email there's never an option to receive the code another way, and the only thing I have access to is the email, I changed my password and it had me sign back in but I'm not receiving an email and I've tried almost 10 different times now to send and resend a verification code
