PDF Portfolio internal links problem

We have a large PDF Portfolio and want to link from the first document portfolio (Contents) to individual documents in the portfolio (Form 1, Form 2, etc.). Each link that we add to the Contents is overwriting the destination of the previous links. Wondering if it's possible to build a Portfolio that has a Contents or Index?

    Following up on my post. It's the "new" Acrobat interface that is breaking existing Portfolios. It's also not rendering new Portfolios properly. Disabling the new interface restores functionality but that is simply not a practical option for commercial distribution of a portfolio. Other issues with the new interface are discussed in this Community post from September 2023. Only workable option is to use file attachments, which is not at all efficient: attachments cannot be reordered or replaced.

      Unfortunately not. Too many users were unable to find/revert to the old Acrobat interface and customer service requests skyrocketed. Portfolio product had to be rebuilt as a webpage for e-commerce deployment. Lost the "search all pdfs in portfolio" function.
