Dear Adobe Support,
I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issues regarding my Adobe subscription. I am being overcharged with incorrect VAT and GST amounts, and my payments are being rejected even though I have more than enough funds.
I have made numerous attempts to cancel my subscription, yet I am still being billed. To make matters worse, I want to permanently delete my Adobe ID, but I cannot find the option to do so.
This situation is unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately. I demand clear instructions on how to cancel my subscription and delete my account without further delay.
I expect prompt action and a resolution to these problems.
