Hi, I have an Acrobat Standard 2017 license that I want to transfer to another laptop. It was installed a while ago, so I don't remember how it was installed to be honest. I guess I have a local license somehow but now sure how it works. The thing is that I don't know how to find this information or how to transfer it to the new laptop. Can't find anything on my user. Could any please give me some directions on where to start or how to solve it? Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I wasn't able to retreive the serial number locally on the machine so I solved it in the end by looking over emails again to see if I could find the purchase. Luckily I managed to find it and activate it on the new computer.

Thanks again for the follow up

Hi @Yngve331298096ueq

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please go through the correct answer marked in the similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/transferring-adobe-acrobat-2017-to-a-new-machine/m-p/10402247#M137033 and see if that works for you.

Also, Acrobat 2017 is an EOL application. For more info. please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-2017-reader-2017.html
