Thanks. I think I didn’t download Adobe correctly. I deleted it and started over. Now working fine.

Very hard to say without the most basic information, such as:

- What's the exact name and version number of the application you're using?

- What's your OS version?

- What command are you using in that application when this issue happens?

- Does it happen with all files?

- Can you attach the file to an email manually?

etc.

I am having the same issue and my Adobe was downloaded correctly.  I am in the new Adobe version where the tool box moved to the left and the other to the right (why is still an unknown!).  All the options I have are to print, save, or share.  Where did the send as an email version go?

Thank you Amal.  Actually that feature is missing in the new desktop version. . . I had to go back to the earlier version to have a useful Adobe program.  The new stuff MS is coming out with doesn't help the average worker, it only adds to the time and frustration to complete simple tasks.

Hi there

That shouldn't happen, What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

You may also try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that helps.

Hi there

++ Adding to the discussion

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again. Also make sure the file is not password protected/secured.

Please try to share the file via the document cloud link as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html and see if that helps.

Regards

Amal
