Extended Asian Language Pack for Adobe Reader DC

I cannot install Extended Asian Language Pack for Adobe Reader DC.  The error message shows that I was trying to install one for Adobe Reader X but actually I was not.

Ok is see the Language Pack is integrated in the Classic track...

Hey tedl46682558,

Please let me know what version of OS you are using.

If you are using Windows OS, then please download the cleaner tool first to remove all the traces of Reader versions installed on your system:

Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Then, install the language pack for Reader DC version from here:

Adobe - Adobe Reader : For Windows : Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Font Pack (Continuous)

Hi Anubha,

Thank you for your reply.

I am using Windows 10 (upgraded from Windows 7). I have tried a couple of time trying to use the cleaner tool you sent me. But the program hangs after starting up a little while and would not proceed anymore. I had to turn it off as I noted that it indicates that the program is not responding.

Could you please help me again?

Hi Ted Lee,

Please ensure that you are logged in as administrator on your system and then try running the cleaner tool again.

If it still does not work, then uninstall Adobe Reader from Control Panel and then install the language pack for Reader from here:

Adobe - Adobe Reader : For Windows : Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Font Pack (Continuous)
