Hello,
I'm using the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, with the latest version of the driver for the printer and I'm facing the same problem.
I did confirm that creating a new user with administrator privileges and trying to print from it didn't solve the problem.
Please help!
- Peter
HI All,
We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused, the issue was addressed with the latest patch release of Acrobat/Reader, please install the latest patch from help>check for updates, or manually from DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
Reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and check.
Let us know how it goes and share your observation.
Thanks,

Same here. The problem started after I installed MacOS Sonoma.

I have the exact same problem. I called tech support and they tried to help but the tech had a strong asian dialect and I couldn't understand her.

Hi, I now have the same problem too. Is there a fix yet do you know?

There is a work around. When you get the print dialog box, click on advanced and then check the "print as image" box and the document will print.

I just fixed this issue by uninstalling (paid version) Acrobat Pro and reinstalling it.

I have found that if I save the document as a Word file (assuming you have Word for MAC installed) it prints just fine. Confirms that it's an Adobe snafu.

I also have this same problem which arose recently after I installed the latest update in IOS from Apple.
I have tried all the complex solutions provided by Acrobat but nothing seems to work. I can sometimes convert it to a woed document and then it will print, but surely easily printing a PDF should be one of the basic functions of Acrobat? Help

I had the exact same issue and tried everything everyone suggested with no fix. My solution was to choose the Compress a PDF option under the File menu (on a Mac, not sure about a PC) where other save/export options are. The compressed version of the PDF was able to print normally.
Hope that helps. - Chris

Just for a quick fix before having to do anything, you can also drag the doc onto Apple's "Preview" and just print from there. Then when you have time you can fix it. I was in a rush and did that. Works great.

Yes thank you. I asked my knowledgeable son and he said to change the default to Preview. I have done this and it seems to work very well. I will wait a bit and then cancel dobe and put that dreadful compnay behind me.

My update failed. But I re-installed adobe acrobate entirely, and that worked.

Same here after months of frustration, and printing PDFs via the browser.
The weird thing I saw was that after uninstalling Acrobat 23.0, I saw Acrobat 22.0 for some time on the list of installed apps. Could this be a hint?
This all means that Adobe has this problem fully under their own control, and it's ridiculous they have not solved this problem after all those years.
